JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant General Manager, HR will be responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic and operational functions of the Human Resources Department. This role ensures alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals, drives talent management, fosters a high-performance culture, and ensures compliance with labor laws and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.

  • Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process & workforce planning.

  • Design & implement succession planning and talent retention programs.

  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

  • Design and implement performance management systems and appraisal processes.

  • Plan and execute employee learning & development, as well as career progression programs.

  • Manage compensation, payroll, and benefits administration.

  • Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.

  • Prepare HR reports & analytics and present to management on workforce planning and HR metrics.
