Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute timely operational plans, electrical system installation and compliance monitoring.
∎ Perform maintenance on electrical circuitry, equipment, and systems.
∎ Regular monitoring of 11KVA Substations, HT, LT Line, MDB, BBT, DB, SDB, LPS etc regular check up and maintenance.
∎ Exchange views with local expert consultants to solve different electrical problems.
∎ Testing and evaluating systems and equipment, troubleshooting issues, and making modifications as needed.
∎ Maintain equipment, systems, and components to ensure their performance and capacity
∎ Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, systems, and applications. Develop test plans and perform tests on electrical circuitry, equipment, and systems.
∎ ACCORD/Alliance/Audit related required documents monitor and maintain.
∎ Ensure all electrical equipment operational and maintain as per the standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and components in the different workplaces to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repairing.
∎ Ensure that a full preventive maintenance plan is established and adhere to through day to day schedule maintenance activities.
∎ Establishing delivery and installation schedules for machines, switchgear, cables, and fittings.
∎ Capable of fault findings and installation of electrical equipment.
∎ Make a schedule of preventive maintenance to keep minimum downtime due to electrical breakdown.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance of boilers, generators & all compressors for undistributed supply and also take proper plan about inverter, motor, electrical panel board, and plc, etc.
∎ Maintain good communication with the Engineering services (Electrical) for optimizing the maintenance process.
∎ Responsible for the overall maintenance of the factory for any electrical issues including sub-station as well as other machinery.
∎ Should have minimum six years experience in textile industry; preferably in Spinning Mills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Textile (Spinning Mills) machinery.
∎ Sound knowledge regarding assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures.
∎ Capable of making electrical diagrams and understand all-electric Diagram.
∎ Should be good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Interested to work as per shift allocation.
