Additional Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 13-15 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in ABAP Programming Model.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, PPQM, FICO, PS) and applications.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and support initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and configure SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage a team of SAP consultants and developers (internal and/or external).
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing activities.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Provide technical expertise in core ABAP areas: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF).
- Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP project management and change control.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including solution design, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members.
