Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies to ensure they are aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and growth plans.
∎ Lead the recruitment and selection process by overseeing job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring of qualified candidates to meet organizational needs.
∎ Manage performance management systems, ensuring regular evaluations, goal-setting, and feedback that drive employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
∎ Ensure that all HR practices comply with national labor laws, company policies, and regulations while monitoring any changes to legal requirements.
∎ Address and resolve employee grievances, foster healthy employee relations, and mediate conflicts to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.
∎ Identify training needs, design and implement development programs, and create opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and advance in their careers.
∎ Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they attract, retain, and motivate top talent while maintaining budgetary control.
∎ Monitor workplace health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
∎ Prepare and manage HR budgets, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently while ensuring smooth operations of the HR department.
∎ Promote employee engagement, motivation, and recognition programs that support high performance to cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

Today, the Trust continues its legacy under the leadership of the Managing Director, Rajiv Prasad Shaha, through initiatives like the Kumudini Women’s Medical College, Kumudini Nursing School, and income-generating units such as Kumudini Pharma, and Kumudini Handicrafts.
