• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of various civil engineering projects.

• Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization’s established policies and objectives.

• Develop and implement strategies for the engineering department that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources.

• Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice and recommendations.

• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

• Prepare and present reports on project progress, issues, and solutions to senior management.
