Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct lab testing according to the customer manual standards to ensure test accuracy of the lab report.

  • Maintaining the latest version of customer testing manual to meet the accuracy of test results.

  • Conduct the validation of portal information by - verification of supplier data, shade verification through spectrometer reading (Delta E), validation of physical/chemical test reports and inspection reports, to make an informed decision.

  • Conduct regular meetings with internal teams to communicate the relevant information & status.

  • Conduct fact-based real-time problem solving to avoid raw material related issues to minimize the noises.

  • Engage with the PPA (PDRA/DRA/Integration, PP, Pilot) process and assist identifying potential risks to minimize raw material noises at the needle point.

  • Involve in resolving raw material quality related noises in real time basis to meet customer standard for continues production process.

  • Engage in house raw material inspection to ensure the raw materials are comply with customer specifications and standards.

  • Highlight & communicate raw material related quality issues with supplier & development teams to meet customer quality standard and continuation of the production.

  • Ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.

  • As part of the accreditation team, undergo training on an on-going basis and conduct annual lab correlations to obtain/maintain accreditation and ensure continuity in certifications.

  • Align with projects relating to MOS (MAS Operating System) to achieve the required standards.

  • Ensure all lab equipment are calibrated/serviced as per schedule in order to facilitate the continues accurate operation of the equipment .

  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
