Additional Requirements:

Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) planning and optimization.
OTDR, optical spectrum analyzer, and other testing equipment experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on customer service.
Willingness to travel for site visits and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities & Context:
Design, install, and maintain radio and fiber-optic networks, including wireless links, fiber-optic cables, and associated equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to radio and fiber-optic connectivity to optimize performance and uptime.
Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new installations.
Configure and optimize radio and fiber-optic equipment, including MikroTik routers.
Collaborate with other teams for network upgrades, expansions, and integration.
Perform regular maintenance, testing, and fault analysis on radio and fiber-optic infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain documentation for network configurations, changes, and performance metrics.
