• Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) planning and optimization.

• OTDR, optical spectrum analyzer, and other testing equipment experience is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on customer service.

• Willingness to travel for site visits and troubleshooting.

• Design, install, and maintain radio and fiber-optic networks, including wireless links, fiber-optic cables, and associated equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to radio and fiber-optic connectivity to optimize performance and uptime.

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new installations.

• Configure and optimize radio and fiber-optic equipment, including MikroTik routers.

• Collaborate with other teams for network upgrades, expansions, and integration.

• Perform regular maintenance, testing, and fault analysis on radio and fiber-optic infrastructure.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain documentation for network configurations, changes, and performance metrics.
