Experience:
Strong hands-on command over Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
Practical knowledge of Virtualization (VMware/ESXi).
Familiarity with database management (MySQL, SQLite, MongoDB) and web technologies (Apache, PHP).
Strong knowledge in Bash and Python scripting for system automation and task optimization.
Solid understanding of network monitoring tools (Cacti, Nagios) and backup procedures.
Proven ability to troubleshoot OS-level firewalls and mail client configurations (Outlook, Thunderbird).
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide after-hours support for infrastructure emergencies.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with the NOC team, customers, and management.
Proactively manage, maintain, and troubleshoot both internal and customer-focused IT infrastructure and servers.
Administer and support core technologies across Microsoft, VMware, and various Linux distributions (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, Red Hat).
Implement and manage high-availability solutions, including RAID, fault-tolerant failover, and load-balancing for critical services.
Configure hardware-level remote access (iDRAC & iLO) on Dell EMC, HP, and IBM/Lenovo systems to ensure data redundancy.
Install and maintain company authoritative DNS (IPv4 & IPv6) and enterprise mailing solutions.
Manage Windows Server services including Active Directory, Exchange Server, IIS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Configure and monitor system operations using Nagios, Cacti, and SolarWinds; perform in-depth log and traffic analysis with Syslog and NetFlow.
Maintain WebHost Manager (WHM) and cPanel for hosting services, including websites and workspace management.
Develop and implement project-based service plans, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
Implement and manage robust data backup solutions, including regular backups of network device configurations and internal server data to ensure disaster recovery.
