Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to Manage Hybrid/IPT Part by Configure, Monitor, Maintenance, Troubleshoot.
∎ Have to provide Technical Support for existing/newly appointed employee & also do shifting work if need.
∎ Check Directory list & update if employee join/ resign in online Ha-Meem directory portal.
∎ Safety type most important part also have to maintain to avoid any kinds of incident.
∎ Work for Internal/External Telephony related Documentation, product warranty, Service status to take necessary action if need.
∎ Have to choose right product for trouble free service to produce best performance & save cost, Co-ordination with Technical Concern Person, PSM Department & vendor also.
∎ Use old stock, Right Product choose for trouble free service to produce best performance & save cost.
∎ Time to Time inform update status of job to Reporting Concern Person.
