Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or MBA in any discipline from a reputed university like DU, IBA, AIUB, NSU, East West or BRAC University (Marketing in MBA will be an advantage).
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed for the experienced candidates from garments companies.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Operation, Factory operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for following up on all buyer’s coordination at head office & factory.
∎ Follow-up with each and every department key managers to ensure smooth operations by weekly meetings.
∎ Everyday Coordinate among all operational departments of the factory and head office to solve any kinds of day to day problems.
∎ Must be capable to control and handle any situation in day to day office and factory activity.
∎ Focused and dedicated to achieve monthly targets.
∎ Plan well to execute Raw materials are in-housed on due time by following all necessary compliance requirements.
∎ Formulate and implement strategic plan to daily monitor all factories production output capacity to ensure the timely delivery of quality goods.
∎ Organize in-house training for necessary departments as well as identify the non-performer and solve problems for improvement.
∎ Ensure the business is driven forward and the financial targets are met.
∎ Execute meetings with very well planned agenda and minutes of the meetings.
∎ Must be extremely hard working, focused, active, fast, proactive and accurate in his/her work.
∎ Must visit factory and customers every week / month.
∎ Capable of handling work pressure and a multi tasked.
∎ Should welcomingly accept any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Most importantly should be a positive and honest person. Capable and confident of giving instant solutions to any issues.
∎ Must feel the company as his/her own. Work with ownership & full responsibility.
∎ All sorts of Communication should be very short and precise without wasting time.
∎ Ability to be humble mix with rest of the employees and coach/ train subordinate on various subjects with proper knowledge.
∎ Should not be making other people do his/ her work and then trying to take full credit for it.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be very punctual. Must have the attitude work beyond office hours if any urgent situation arises.
∎ Must be friendly as well as firm when needed. Should know how to engage team members in any work in a positive way.
∎ Self-driven, results-oriented & having good interpersonal relationship. Must know how to motive his/ her team members.
∎ Can communicate with very good written and spoken English for both local & foreign customer and capable of handling meetings independently.
∎ Very organized and neat in his/ her work.
∎ Must have good Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
