∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ MBA will get preference
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Factory Operation, Production

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): factory management, Factory Operation, Operation & Maintenance, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee all daily production operations of the factory
∎ To ensure compliance to all schedule for machines and facilities
∎ Develop efficiency that will maximize productivity, safety and quality of the production.
∎ Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order.
∎ Administer all financial functions of facility and prepare all required budgets and forecast same as per required budget.
∎ Ensure support to all manufacturing teams of production and manage efficient integration of work flow.
∎ Ensure optimal level company performance and administer employee workforce and assist to design all continuous improvement activities and maintain process control of the production.
∎ Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
∎ Supervise and assist operation team to implement all business goals through appropriate manufacturing methodology.
∎ Maintain efficient quality of the production within required budget and prepare schedule.
∎ Identify cost reduction in the production process through appropriate and timely production planning, monitoring support & analysis, method & management system development.
∎ Monitor, control and utilize man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Develop efficient strategies to reduce production costs where possible.
∎ Planning how to achieve production increases at all stage along with control the wastages.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly production plants.
∎ Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring cost; analyzing variances.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Planning Skills, Training Skills, Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic and Proactive.
∎ 5S TPM at work place
∎ Have Knowledge ISO, MS Office etc.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 100000 - 150000 (Monthly)
∎ Higher salary may be provided to the most disserving candidates only.
