Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform production operations on requirement and instruction basis.
∎ Perform quality control analysis in the laboratory on daily basis per batch for quality and safety assurance before the final stage of production.
∎ Perform safety measures during the production process.
∎ Maintain documents of quality control practices by entering data in logbooks and record all inventory data.
∎ Evaluate raw materials on a routine basis as per QC policy.
∎ Ensure Plant hygiene, self and workers hygiene and work environment quality as well.
∎ Inspect final product, compare it to the requirements and approve or reject it.
∎ Inform the concerned person about all production updates.
∎ Communicate with concerned persons when problem arises and offer possible solutions to correct the mistake.
∎ Innovate ways to improve quality and efficiency of production.
