Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, monitor and control the sales representatives under supervision to meet the sales objectives.
∎ Candidate must have a mentality for frequent market visits and work in a startup under pressure.
∎ Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies.
∎ Keep contact with sales representatives under supervision on regular basis and offer them the coaching, counseling, advice, training and motivation to help them meet their sales target.
∎ Maintaining and expanding customer base by counseling sales representatives under supervision.
∎ Regularly report the market updates to the higher management.
∎ Building and maintaining rapport with key customers.
∎ Identify new marketing strategy and new customer opportunities.
∎ Ensure sales and collection target.
∎ Visit frequently POS and Dealer/Distributor point to keep growing their motivation, solve trade quarries and problems.
∎ Ensure optimum level of stocks at all time and effectively control distributor performances.
∎ Analyze state and distribution data and take corrective actions.
∎ Constantly strive towards maximize both present and long team sales and gross profit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in verbal and written form.
∎ Possess leadership qualities, team player, aggressive and goal oriented.
∎ Willing to travel any where in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
