Job Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and calibration of biomedical equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctioning equipment.
• Keeps detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assists in the installation and setup of new medical equipment.
• Ensures that equipment is installed according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Provides technical support and training to healthcare staff on the use of medical equipment.
• Addresses user concerns and resolved issues related to equipment functionality.
• Ensures that equipment complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Assists in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintains accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Prepared and submits reports on equipment performance and any issues encountered.
• Works closely with other engineers, healthcare professionals, and vendors to address equipment-related needs.
• Communicates effectively with team members and provides updates on project progress and equipment status.
• Assists in testing and evaluating new products and technologies.
• Conducts tests and inspections to ensure the quality and performance of biomedical equipment.
• Identifies and recommends improvements to enhance equipment reliability and functionality.
