Experience:
4 years of Graduation/Masters in any discipline (preferably Law) from a reputed university.
Minimum 03 years’ of Experience in working in similar role with considerable experience in attachment of properties in different Banks & NBFIs and/ or Legal Practitioner in different courts (preferably experienced in civil cases)
Experience in working with different government offices such as SRO, AC Land Offices, Tahshil offices etc.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage relationship with the non-performing Corporate & SME borrowers of the Bank and thereby reduce Bank’s NPL ratio at a sustainable level. Responsibilities also include taking appropriate measures against assets with bleak recovery prospect and explore the avenues of income through recovery.
Recovery by Building relationship through frequent meetings and visits with the borrowers.
Understanding the borrower & identifying the reasons for default.
Formulating action plan for recovery of Bank’s dues.
Reducing Bank’s existing non-performing loan ratio.
Maximizing cash recovery from non-performing asset.
Taking approval of appropriate authority for regularization/ rescheduling/settlement of liability as per action plan.
Ensuring implementation of approved arrangement with the support team.
Ensuring meticulous compliance of regulatory & Bank’s policy guidelines.
Data collection and preparation of Classified Loan Review Report (CLRR).
Serving final notice and preparation of Work Out Plan (WOP).
Preparing work-out-plan for initiating legal action against the defaulting borrower & ensuring implementation by support division.
Write-off loans against which all the avenues of recovery are exhausted.
Monitoring of restructured/ rescheduled/settled A/Cs to ensure recovery/closure within the stipulated time.
Recovering interest suspended from income due to previous deterioration.
Putting effort for recovery against written-off A/Cs.
Booking of property vested favoring the Bank and adjustment of liability against that.
