Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Initial assessment of proposal: Through checking documents and declare pre-visit pending documents.
∎ Credit assessment and provide decision: Perform credit risk assessments and review the assessments on the credit proposals submitted by business end and make sound credit recommendations and decisions.
∎ Client visit: visiting each and every client’s business premises to understand their business dynamics and assess their business strengths, risks and potential loopholes.
∎ Preparation financial statements: Preparation of financial statements and credit appraisal with detail information about each customer.
∎ Provide sanction approval: By assessing provide approval incorporation proper covenants.
∎ Portfolio health management: By continuous portfolio analysis take financing decision into different sectors.
∎ Raise Early Alert: Identify early warning signals in deteriorating credits. Stay current on major developments and changes in market conditions.
∎ People development & learning: Regular training session for business or other stakeholders.
∎ Productivity: Capacity building of sales force of respective branch areas to reduce the rejection rate and also to reduce the TAT and NPL.
∎ PPG (Product Program Guideline) review for different SME products: Review and make recommendations to update different terms of PPG.
∎ Capability to use Excel Based Credit Appraisal Template: Capability to use and to provide training to credit analysts and RMs how to use different appraisal templates.
∎ Training to sales personnel and credit analysts: Loan application fill up, loan documents verification and credit assessment and how to assess clients.
∎ Provide Insights to Higher Management: Review and analyze the delinquent portfolio to identify key causal factors and lessons, make recommendations to senior management for approval and track them to ensure adequate and timely closure.
