Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluate project needs, and determine appropriate manpower, chemicals, equipment, and tools.
∎ Prepare competitive and profitable quotations and bids for potential projects.
∎ Ensure to source cleaning crew and office assistance
∎ Oversee procurement and cost-effective purchasing of chemicals and cleaning equipment.
∎ Plan and execute regular training and on-the-job development for cleaning crews and team members.
∎ Maintain team discipline and uphold grooming standards for all on-site personnel.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor standards (no underage workers on-site).
∎ Provide pre-deployment training for all cleaning and operational staff.
∎ Conduct market analysis and adjust operations based on industry trends and competitor activity.
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
∎ Minimize staff turnover and absenteeism through team engagement and motivation.
∎ Report operational performance and client feedback on a regular basis to the Managing Director/CEO.
∎ Collaborate with HR, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Ensure timely submission of documentation to HR & Admin during recruitment.
∎ Stay up to date on the latest cleaning technologies and industry practices.
