Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute sales plans, strategies and initiatives to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze trends and take corrective actions to ensure consistent growth.
∎ Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and potential business partnerships to expand market share.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure they meet their individual and collective targets.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback and implement necessary training programs.
∎ Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
∎ Build and nurture relationships with key accounts and customers within the region.
∎ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
∎ Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, customer preferences and emerging trends.
∎ Generate regular sales reports, forecasts and market insights to senior management.
∎ Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Develop and manage the area's sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
∎ Monitor expenses, control costs, and maximize profitability while adhering to company financial guidelines.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards.
∎ Uphold a high level of integrity and professionalism in all business interactions.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Proven experience (6 years) in sales and sales management, preferably within the cement or construction materials industry.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

∎ Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
∎ Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
