Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets within the assigned geographical area.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.
∎ Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to ensure they exceed sales targets.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance of the sales team.
∎ Define and allocate sales territories within the area to optimize market coverage and ensure maximum exposure for Company's sales.
∎ Monitor and assess the performance of each territory, making adjustments as necessary to maximize sales opportunities.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with y accounts, distributors, and retailers within the area.
∎ Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities or challenges.
∎ Collaborate with the management team to develop and adjust sales targets based on market dynamics.
∎ Monitor and control expenses to meet financial targets and maximize return on investment.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences through ongoing market research.
∎ Ensure that all sales activities within the area comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
∎ Uphold the company's reputation and integrity in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

∎ Strong working knowledge of the above industries from a technical stand-point.
