• Manage area-wise sales targets, formulate Field Force incentives, monitor expenses, and submit tour programs to the supervisor.

• Conduct performance evaluations and lead monthly sales meetings.

• Implement effective credit management strategies to optimize business performance.

• Plan and execute sales activities to achieve objectives, including product launches and promotional campaigns.

• Collect and analyze market data to provide strategic recommendations for market growth.

• Motivate team members and deliver on-the-job training to enhance skills.

• Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain optimal inventory levels.
