Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Development Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of new store openings, renovations and maintenance for both owned and franchisee outlets. The ideal candidate will come with 8–10 years of experience in retail store development, preferably in fashion, lifestyle or footwear sectors and a solid background in Architecture/ Civil Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the development of new retail outlets across the country
Coordinate with team, contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Supervise site execution and ensure design, safety and brand standards are upheld
Conduct site feasibility and location analysis for potential stores
Monitor store renovation and maintenance schedules
Liaise with internal teams (operations, marketing and visual merchandising) for smooth handovers
Maintain detailed documentation and reports on all ongoing and completed projects
Other assignments are given by the management from time to time.
