• Sketchup

• Rhino 3D

• AutoCAD drafting/modeling

• V ray, D5 rendering

• MS Excel

• In-depth BNBC knowledge

Overview

• As an Architect at InterStudio, you will lead the design and execution of interior and exterior projects, ensuring high standards of quality, innovation, and efficiency. You will oversee planning, coordination, and site implementation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with clients to deliver cohesive, well-executed projects while mentoring junior team members.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings for architectural and interior design.

• Prepare, modify and supervise authority drawings.

• Prepare, modify and supervise full working drawing set for contractor and site

• Guide and supervise Design Assistants for construction drawings and shop drawings

• Work side-by-side with other teams and assist other Architects in supervision

• Assist in preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)

• Supervise ongoing work periodically

• Supervise the preparation of plumbing and electrical layout complying with architectural design and drawing

• Assist Design & Development and other departments as assigned by management

• Assist in Interior designing and budgeting

• Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering, PMC and Supply chain as required to ensure work is completed at the site as per schedule

• Periodic site visits to collect information, take photographs, providing on the spot decisions as required

• Check slab layouts before casting and other layouts as and when require

• Drafting the drawings as required

• Coordinate with Clients and Land Owners regarding design related issues

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
