Education:
- Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Architecture
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years

Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D,LUMION,skatchup
Additional Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on interior and real estate projects.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Excellent creativity, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Design & Planning
- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, 3D models, and presentations for client approval.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Project Management
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Review and approve material selections, finishes, and interior detailing.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
Client Coordination
- Meet with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Present design proposals and modify plans based on feedback.
- Provide expert advice on space utilization, sustainability, and modern design trends.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), working drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, zoning laws, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
