Responsibilities & Context:
Site Supervision & Construction Management
Prepare project plans, drawings, and design calculations.
Conduct site investigations and surveys.
Develop BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
Ensure design complies with local building codes and standards.
Monitor project budget and expenses.
Prepare running bills and contractor payments.
Maintain measurement books (MB).
Prepare progress reports (weekly/monthly).
Handle variation orders and extra work claims.
