Responsibilities & Context:
SEAD Consulting Engineers is a dynamic firm providing Architectural & Structural solutions for residential and commercial projects in Bangladesh and the USA. We are seeking a young, energetic, and detail-oriented Junior Architect with strong drafting and REVIT modelling skills to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and high-quality architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop complete 2D & 3D models in REVIT from concept to detailed design.
Produce architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure design consistency and constructability.
Review and revise drawings based on client and consultant feedback.
Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing version control.
Assist in design development and presentation preparation when required.
