Responsibilities & Context:
Residential & Commercial Interior Project Planning & Project Managemen
Preparing Daily Site Work Planning and scheduling.
Supervising & monitoring of Project works.
Understanding 2D/3D Design, Elevation and Section, with details working drawing.
Labor management.
Material management.
Quality controlling.
Preparing Residential & Commercial Interior Project BOQ.
Preparing Interior Project Material Estimate & Costing
Bill checking & preparation of item wise work.
Managing and motivating team of workers.
Make ensure expense Manage according to budget.
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
Oversee and manage the work process from start to finish.
Manage BOQs, quotations, work orders, handover-takeover documents, and bill documents & report projects progress report to Management daily.
Hard working capacity and dedication for timely handover of task.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely completion of projects & Others Work.
