• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Real Estate, Interior Design, Developer

• Age 22 to 40 years

• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and BOQs based on drawings, specifications and site conditions.

• Analyze drawings, layouts and design details to identify scope, quantities and cost risks.

• Conduct site visits for quantity verification and practical feasibility checking.

• Prepare and verify material take-off (MTO) and quantity sheets.

• Collect and compare vendor and supplier quotations and prepare rate analysis.

• Coordinate with Design, Project and Procurement teams for updated drawings, scope and execution inputs.

• Support tendering and client quotations with professional and competitive pricing.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design quality and brand standards.

• Monitor and update project cost variations and revisions during execution.

• Assist in budget planning for Basic, Mid-range and Premium project categories.

• Maintain proper estimation records, files and digital documentation.

• Support management with cost reports and financial summaries when required.

• Ensure all estimates align with BD INTERIOR’s quality commitment, transparency and brand values.

• Report regularly to the CEO / Management.
