We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to design functional, aesthetic, and innovative interior spaces for residential, commercial, office, restaurant, and retail projects. The candidate will be responsible for concept development, space planning, 3D visualization, technical drawings, material selection, and project coordination from design to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements.

• Prepare space planning, layout plans, and furniture arrangements.

• Create 2D drawings, working drawings, and construction details.

• Produce high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings.

• Select materials, finishes, colors, furniture, and lighting solutions.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.

• Conduct site visits, measurements, and project supervision.

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project specifications.

• Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety standards.

• Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.

  • 1–5 years of experience in interior design/architecture projects.

  • Strong design and visualization skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

    • V-Ray / Corona Renderer

    • Lumion

    • Adobe Photoshop

    • Microsoft Office

    Preferred Skills

    • BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
