Job Responsibilities

· Prepare interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning

· Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations as per project requirements

· Coordinate with clients, project managers, and site teams

· Prepare material selection, BOQ, and design specifications

· Supervise site execution to ensure design accuracy and quality

· Handle residential, commercial, and Hotel, Resort, Restaurant interior projects

· Ensure timely project delivery maintaining design standards

Educational Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture / Architecture / Relevant field

Experience Requirements

· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior design or architecture

· Freshers with strong portfolio may also apply

Required Skills

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray / Lumion, Photoshop

· Good understanding of materials, lighting, and finishes

· Strong visualization and presentation skills

· Site supervision and coordination ability

· Good communication skills (Bangla & English)

Communication & Sales Meeting Skills

· Ability to communicate confidently with clients, consultants, and internal teams

· Strong presentation skills to explain design concepts, layouts, and ideas clearly

· Skilled in conducting client meetings and understanding client requirements

· Ability to negotiate, convince, and close deals professionally

· Good listening skills to identify client needs, budget, and expectations

· Experience in preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and BOQs

· Capable of handling client objections and providing suitable solutions

· Professional email writing and follow-up communication skills

· Fluent in Bangla & English (Banglish communication preferred)

· Polite, confident, and sales-oriented attitude during meetings
