• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

• 5 to 6 years

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 5-6 years experience in the field of architecture and construction management
• Must be expert in the following software: Sketchup, AutoCAD
• Expertise in V-Ray rendering, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator will be preferred
• Design experience in outhouses, residential projects, showrooms/outlets will be preferred
• Must be motivated for team-work and be able to follow guidelines from the management and incorporate them into the design as required.

Job grade for the selected person will be decided on the basis of experience and competency level of the candidate.

Major Responsibilities:

· Co-designing showroom outlets for RICHMAN, LUBNAN, iNFINITY, Oxygen etc

· Co-designing outhouses, residential projects etc· Preparing interior designs for showrooms, office, lounge, residence etc

· Preparing detailed Working Drawings as required

· Preparing all kinds of CAD drawings as required and modifications when necessary

· Preparing Sketch-up models as required and modifications when necessary

· Installing and updating necessary design software to keep up with the modern tools

· Prepare Design Concept/3D Visualization and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using Auto CAD 2D/3D

· Assisting and guiding the Engineer unit for taking measurements and preparing as-built CAD drawings

· Managing regular site inspections to ensure the maximum accuracy and minimize deviations in construction from the original design

· Reporting to the Design department head and maintaining all the projects in proper files and folders.
