∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare statement, finalization of accounts, payment received report, trial balance, Journal, Ledger, balance sheet.
∎ Prepare and review budget against expenditure, expense and other accounting documents.
∎ Ensure timely submission of monthly/quarterly/ yearly reporting of all accounting and financial statement.
∎ Ensure accuracy and reliability of the accounting and financial reports.
∎ Ensure and maintain day to day expenditures of the Company.
∎ Preparing & updating monthly statement.
∎ Responsible for all cash management as well as to ensure fund management, disbursement of conveyance, fuel, refreshment bill on daily basis.
∎ Checking all types of bills and prepare related vouchers.
∎ Manage all Account payable & receivable works.
∎ Maintain Petty Cash and Party Ledger.
∎ Submission of VAT Challan to VAT circle office.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Cash and Accounts, Cost Management, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate/Developer/Construction Company/Group of Companies, Manufacturing.
