Strong design sense in exterior and interior.
Planning, design & decision making, detailed working drawings for interior project.
Construction Management , cost estimation, preparing quotation and bill.
Maintain correspondence with architects, engineers, contractors & consultant farms.
Collaborating with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop etc.
