∎ Improve Overseas Merchandising Teams to maximize order placement opportunities.
∎ Lead Time improvement for Overseas Production.
∎ Overseas Supply Chain capacity planning.
∎ Required quality performance in overseas production.
∎ Achieving the buying price competitiveness for Overseas Sourcing.
∎ Evaluate, improve Over seam Merchandiser team and identify training requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve Overseas Merchandising Teams to maximize order placement opportunities
∎ Fulfilling the tasks of Lead Time improvement for Overseas Production
∎ Fulfilling the tasks of Overseas Supply Chain capacity planning.
∎ Fulfilling the tasks of required quality performance in overseas production
∎ Fulfilling the tasks of achieving the buying price competitiveness for Overseas Sourcing
∎ Evaluate, improve Overseas Merchandiser team and identify training requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in managerial position at least 5 years.
∎ Fluent spoken and written English
∎ Having significant experience in Buying Management roles
∎ Good communication skills with internal and external customers
∎ Required to have a disciplined approach to process controls
∎ Candidate is expected to be very proactive, dynamic and self-motivated
