Job Context:

The Orbund Student Information System is being used by more than 250 higher educational institutions globally.
∎ In this cross functional role you will be working from Orbund’s Dhaka Office alongside with our Development and Testing teams.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to the Growth and Development of our existing System by writing and maintaining quality code.
∎ Develop Application code and unit tests in the Angular, REST Web Services, and Java technologies.
∎ Provide adequate test coverage including unit and integration tests.
∎ Work with the entire Engineering Team in the process of building the REST API and with the DevOps team on the product architecture.
∎ Develop Angular components and modules that communicate with Services/REST APIs.
∎ Convert designs and mock-ups into fully responsive web pages.
∎ Should have knowledge of UX concepts, JSON-based APIs.
∎ Practical knowledge on GIT, JIRA etc.
∎ Advocate for modern software Engineering best practices and security measures to keep our Web Applications at the latest standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of Angular 11+ and Typescript.
∎ Strong expertise with HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS 3, CSS Flex, SASS, SCSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
∎ Experience working with module bundlers, for example: Webpack, Node, or Browserify.
∎ Ability to work autonomously and communicate well in a remote environment across cultures and time zones.
∎ Be willing to learn and improve by staying up to date on the latest developments and trends in Angular, JavaScript, and front-end engineering.
∎ Should be able to work extended hours when needed.
∎ Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken) will be a Big Plus in the selection process.
∎ Sound Interpersonal and Team working skills.
∎ Ability to take on Multiple Assignments.
∎ An approach of Work Smart rather than Work Hard.
∎ Experience is relaxed for Talented Candidates.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be based on Experience and Skills.
Salary range might increase for Truly Deserving Candidates.
