Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation from UGC approved Local University or any reputed Foreign University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Freight Forwarding/ C&F
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep regular contact with all customer for smooth handling of air/sea &
∎ CHA consignments.
∎ Collection of different rates from overseas agents & local vendors.
∎ Quote rate to internal & external customers.
∎ Checking the documentation.
∎ Coordinate different operational issues with other departments.
∎ Day to day business communications with overseas agents and clients as per line Manager's instruction.
∎ Constant follow up with other concern colleagues and make sure all the necessary data flow to ensure proper invoicing.
∎ Maintain office files of the FF consignments with full set of documents (freight invoice, HAWB/HBL, commercial invoice, packing list, MAWB/MBL, rate form mail reference, exchange rate) with company seal and signature.
∎ Prepare KB sheet against individual shipment after getting payment form consignee.
∎ Prepare DO (Delivery Order) for ICD shipment (Executive Motors)
∎ Perform other tasks as per line Manager's instruction.
∎ Service: Email & over phone call service to provide firster and smooth service.
∎ Smooth discrepancy handling Reporting & Analysis:
∎ Prepare a master DSR to keep follow-up on all pipeline shipment and update it on daily basis.
∎ Prepare customer DSR for updating customer of their shipment position.
∎ Prepare individual invoice statement report and provide customer monthly basis.
∎ Outstanding report for payment follow-up.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
