∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
∎ Graduation from UGC approved Local University or any reputed Foreign University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Functional Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
∎ Use variety of traditional and digital marketing channels to reach customer
∎ Actively research potential clients and pursue new business relationships
∎ Regularly visit & communicate new customer along with existing customer.
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly visit & work report submission to line manager
∎ Keep regular contact with agent, get rate then compile it & send it to customer as per their requirement.
∎ Ensuring Monthly sales & operation target
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
∎ Nurturing existing corporate clients & tone down conflicting issues
∎ Keep regular contact with all stake holders for smooth handling of the shipments.
∎ Debtors follow-up and ensuring credit period based due payment collections
∎ Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams for developing our services.
∎ Service: Resolving service problems, disruptions and customer complaints
∎ Reduce dissatisfactions of customers with prompt resolution of any service problems that may occur
∎ Establish strong relationship with agents to secure better rates & services
∎ Reporting & Analysis: Provide Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales Report,
∎ Strategy setting to regain & retain lost & existing business;
∎ Manage and maintain Database
∎ RFQ: Handling rate quotations
∎ Participate in rate negotiation with agent as well as with client.
∎ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): KPIs that can be quantified, measured and defines whether the incumbent has performed or not.
∎ Visiting and communicating with the new customer regularly.
∎ Developing new business, New commodity, New trade lane & Maintaining data Base
∎ Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly sales and the report to the line manager.
∎ Targeting different clients regularly and follow-up to develop new business.
∎ Bringing rate from agents regularly, compiling and sending rate chart to the customers as per their requirements. Making rate and costs sheet, RFQ for the customer as per their requirement.
∎ Liaison with the internal, external stakeholder and ensure proper service and follow-up for regular and irregular all business and development activities.
∎ Working for the team work and leading the customer service for any betterment and update.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
