Job Responsibilities:
∎ system Update
∎ ? Import IGM Submission in Asycuda
∎ ? Check all Import related Docs HBL / MBL and ensure all data are correct
∎ ? Invoice to Consignee
∎ Vessel tracking, Shipment monitoring, Send Arrival Notice, coordinate with Por
∎ staffs for Un staffing

∎ Customer satisfaction
∎ ? Send on time arrival notice to all valued cleints
∎ Receive shipment booking from shippers and forward it to overseas agents with
∎ proper information and follow up with both shippers & counter-parts.
∎ ? Approve shipper's booking, issue shipping order to them & follow-up their H/O
∎ process.
∎ ? Provide shipment advice & invoice to shipper & follow-up shippers' B/L
∎ updating issue.
∎ ? Attend all queries from customers & provide feedback on time.
∎ ? Provide shippers shipment notification once receives from consignee/
∎ counterpart.
∎ ? On time original HBL print & h/o to shipper
∎ ? Update the buyer system when required
∎ ? Attend all queries from customers & provide feedback on time.
∎ ? Sending pre alert to buyer in stipulated time frame

∎ Liaison with CFS Team:
∎ Monitor the cargo receiving & CFS stuffing with the CFS team

∎ Carrier Update

∎ Submit booking at carrier's portal for securing space at vessel.
∎ Submit shipment instruction to carrier within stipulated time-frame.
∎ Receive MBL verify copy from carrier, cross-check it with counterpart & confirm it
∎ to carrier.
∎ Maintain liaison with carriers for better service & smooth operations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to onboard newer client & more shipment.
∎ Frequently able to meet all client which will help us to build close relationship with clients.
∎ Able to continue best support to client in time.
∎ Able to Generate more profit.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English

Salary: Negotiable
