Responsibilities & Context:
Seeking developers to build a groundbreaking Multi-Agent Al Saas Platform HRC Service is seeking talented and experienced developers to join our team in building a cutting-edge Software-as-a-Service (Saas) platform powered by a multi-agent Al system. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a modern tech stack comprising Lovable Al, Supabase, and n8n to create a truly innovative product.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about artificial intelligence and are adept at building scalable, robust, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the technologies listed and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to design, develop, and deploy a multi-agent Al Saas platform.
- Utilize Lovable Al for rapid frontend.
- Development and prototyping of user interfaces.
- Architect and implement a secure and scalable backend using Supabase, including database design, user authentication, and file storage.
- Design, build, and manage complex, multi step workflows for our Al agents using the n8n automation platform.
- Integrate various large language models (LLMs) and other Al services within the n8n workflows to create a cohesive multi-agent system.
- Develop and maintain APls for seamless communication between the frontend, backend, and the n8n workflow engine.
- Ensure the platform is performant, reliable and secure through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation and maintenance. Essential Developer Experie:
Frontend Development:
- Proven experience with React (or a similar modern frontend framework) and Tailwind CSS. While Lovable Al will be used for initial generation, you will be responsible for customizing, extending, and maintaining the frontend code. A strong understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript) is crucial.
Backend Development & Database Management:
- In-depth knowledge and hands on experience with Supabase. This includes:
- Proficiency in designing and managing PostgreSQL databases.
- Implementing user authentication and authorization using Supabase Auth.
- Utilizing Supabase Storage for file management.
- Experience with Supabase's real-time capabilities is a significant plus.
- Workflow Automation & Al Integration:
- Demonstrable experience with n8n or a similar workflow automation platform. This should include:
- Creating complex, multi-step workflows with conditional logic.
- Integrating various APls and webhooks.
- A strong understanding of how to work with and orchestrate different Al models within these workflows. Experience with concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is highly desirable.
- Multi-Agent Al Systems (Conceptual & Practical): A solid understanding of the principles behind multi-agent Al systems. You should be able to conceptualize and implement a system where different Al agents, each with a specialized function, collaborate to achieve a common goal. This includes understanding the role of an "orchestrator" agent that delegates tasks to other agents.
General Skills:
- Proficiency in Node.js and/or Python for custom n8n nodes or serverless functions.
- Experience with version control systems preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially in a remote work environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
