Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve divisional sales targets and objectives.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Lead and manage the divisional sales team, providing guidance, coaching and motivation.
∎ Foster a high-performance culture and ensure the team is equipped to meet sales goals.
∎ Identify and explore new markets and segments for cement products.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors and stakeholders.
∎ Cultivate strong relationships with major clients and key accounts.
∎ Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner.
∎ Develop annual sales plans, forecasts and budgets for the division.
∎ Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
∎ Implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and market presence of the company's cement products.
∎ Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms are favorable to the company.
∎ Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activities to senior management.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
