Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production & Productivity:
∎ Design, develop and implement strategic plan of annual operating plan by considering optimum utilization of plant capacity
∎ Review and establish production schedules for all manufacturing departments to ensure that established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest possible efficiency
∎ Establish procedure for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards which meet the parameters.
∎ Establish and maintain standard level of inventory in order to smooth delivery within scheduled time
∎ Address the customer's complaints within shortest possible time as given by Business Development
∎ Maintenance:
∎ Prepare a preventive and predictive maintenance schedule and ensure that are completed on time so that plant machineries are achieve minimum level of breakdown
∎ Maintain optimum level of inventories of spare parts with right qualities and specifications
∎ Ensure cost and quality of maintenance as per budget
∎ Process Improvement & Bench Marking:
∎ Develop and formulate of long and short-range planning, policies, programs and objectives
∎ Identify recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintain efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment
∎ Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity
∎ Business Plan & Budget Control:
∎ Develop and maintain system & process for proper business plan.
∎ Achieve optimum employee levels with least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan.
∎ Prepare budgets and facilitate/conduct budgetary review meetings as per corporate guidelines effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5S, TPM(Total Productive Maintenance) at work place
∎ Have practical ideas on 'KAIZEN' practice at factory level.
∎ Have Knowledge on ERP Management, ISO 9001-2015, MS Office, Auto Cad etc
