∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up & checking the import material as per requirement of the respective department on the basis of Lead time & after justifying buyer wise stock level.
∎ Arranged and control material as per management timeline and keeping stock about 1 week basis continue.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store system & its SOP and policymaking.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have the good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure & long time and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise, monitoring, motivating and inspire team members.
∎ Overseeing & Maintaining accurate receive and issue records of all materials, inventory taking, and quality checking as per procedure.
∎ Make sure controlling the flow of material and keep costs and other overhead within the limit or actual requirement.
∎ Monitoring warehouse activities to ensure the goods are stored correctly, safely, retrieval and timely delivery.
∎ Follow up the Shipment status in consultation with Concern Dept. & liaison with Commercial Dept. for Shipment in time and liaison with Factory team to maintain optimum stock level.
∎ Effective communicate with Merchandiser/supplier for getting update information of materials status.
∎ Candidate must have ability to look after all Material controlling task independently.
