Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have the ability for hunting foreign buyers to gather enough export order.
∎ The selected candidate must have experienced working with Buyer Inditex European & American buyers- Like, duetchmen,decatholon,WLL,HNM, CCE, Wallmart etc.
∎ The candidate will be solely responsible for managing all the activities related to order taking, Merchandising & timely shipment of export oriented leather and leather products effectively & efficiently.
∎ The incumbent should have leadership skills to re-solve problem arises in day to day activities.
∎ Liaison with superior to Ensure highest turnover with maximum profit.
∎ Monitors competitor products/service standards and marketing activities.
∎ Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
∎ Follow up with planning / production / commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Coordinate with sample section to ensure proper sample design for buyers, send the sample on time and follow up any comments or acceptance of that sample from buyer side;
∎ Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer;
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Follow-up with Forwarder, Shipping Agent, liaison with Bank etc.
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets.
∎ Manages relationship with key customers.
∎ Provides key inputs for the development of new products and markets.
∎ Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence.
∎ Focuses direct marketing initiatives on key international clients leveraging on existing relationships and building new ones.
∎ Analyses the impact of changes in the economy at national and global levels, on the footwear business, and draw up action plans to take proactive actions.
∎ Regularly collects and analyses competitor information through market intelligence and other sources.
∎ Develops plan to establish the Company as a brand.
∎ Negotiates price and value of company product with customers and finalizes orders.
∎ Takes regular developmental feedback from customer on issues regarding quality and delivery schedules.
∎ Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis.
∎ Prepares daily / weekly/ Monthly report and submit to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in Footwear Industry
∎ Fluent in English both in writing & speaking
∎ Computer Skills in MS-Office, Internet is a must.
∎ Good product knowledge and sourcing process skill is a requisite;
∎ Must have deep knowledge of all kind of Footwear activities
