Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major responsibilities of a production manager are:
∎ (1) Production planning (2) Production control (3) Quality control (4) Method analysis (5) Inventory control (5) Plant layout (7) Work measurement
∎ Meet up the target of production based on articles and quantities.
∎ Provide hourly/weekly production to the management regular basis.
∎ Planning and organizing Production schedule-s as per order quantities.
∎ Assessing project, resource requirements and arrange resources for smooth production.
∎ Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and management.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met within the production area.
∎ Determining quality control standards and produce high quality products.
∎ Overseeing production processes and minimize the production error.
∎ Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary for shipment purpose.
∎ Selecting, ordering and order for purchasing materials.
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
∎ Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff.
∎ Supervising and managing the work of junior staff.
∎ Organizing to shipment the products as per requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Have knowledge in leather shoe experience
Salary: Negotiable
