Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Monthly buyer wise fabrics Planning including knitting, Dyeing & up to finished fabrics delivery.
∎ Coordinate daily knitting plan, dyeing planning according to shipment plan & ensure fabrics delivery in time.
∎ Capacity Planning & Monthly Target Planning for knitting & dyeing department
∎ Lead a team to generate all necessary reports regarding production and shipment status including Daily Knitting plan, Daily Dyeing plan Order wise fabric delivery schedule maintain.
∎ Ensure a quality fabrics production with maximum target achievement through perfect fabrics production planning.
∎ Coordinate with knitting, dyeing & garments division to ensure the process sequencing without any failure mode.
∎ Coordinate activities with the Supply Chain and review yarn positions to ensure on-time shipment.
∎ Follow up fabrics production capacity charts fabrics receiving & finishing plans & to manage deviations within the planning process.
∎ Continuous follow up on production performances and drive towards scheduled shipments.
∎ Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders.
