• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in concerned field.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Woven, Knitting, Finishing, Boiler, Generator & Compressor.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally in the RMG sector.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.

The management of a reputable group of companies, which owns 100% export-oriented woven and knit RMG units, is searching for a qualified "AGM to GM (Electrical, Maintenance)".

• Ensure project construction work is carried out in accordance with drawing, design and work schedule.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly work schedule and complete the work in scheduled time. Submit periodical work progress report to construction work to the management.

• Responsible for all types of Generators, Boiler, Compressor, Substation, Transformer, load analysis, IPS, UPS & related electrical (periodical and preventive) maintenance work.

• Work on different Electrical & Fire Safety CAPs given by relevant buyers. (RSC, Technical, Social) and maintain all Up To Date documents.

• Candidate should be capability to solve the any electrical and electronic machine modification / breakdown / troubleshooting works of Generator, Boiler, Compressor etc.

• Keep record of utility cost, budgeting of projects, Material quality check etc. to ensure proper operation.

• Keep contact with Govt bodies to ensure proper supply of utility services.

• Responsible for LEED & Green environmental issues and provide update in respective module.

• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental protocols are followed on-site, implementing best practices to minimize risk and ensure worker safety.

• Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by management as and when necessary.

• Excellent communication skill to work with consultants of the project.
