Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure desired quality standard of buyers to shipment the products on time.
∎ Ensure safety, maintain healthy work environment and co-ordination among all departments to achieve the goal;
∎ To Conduct and coordinate in-process inspection and assist the buyer representative in the pre- final random, final inspection in the factory.
∎ Reduce the gap between pre-final inspection and final inspection.
∎ Overall responsible for QMS audits.
∎ Coordinate PP meeting with the team, GPQ, and buyer QC till cutting approval.
∎ Ensure the fabrics & all accessories quality issues with concern merchandiser for smooth production.
∎ Follow up Inline checking and reporting in the cutting, sewing, and finishing department.
∎ Rectify the sewing defect and ensure the accurate shape and design of the product as per the buyer’s requirement.
∎ Check the fitting of the garment as per the buyer measurement chart and follow the spec sheet.
∎ Communicate with the buyer’s representative and follow their instructions accurately.
∎ Implement & monitor In-process and end line, quality control process as per standard.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted service in the concerned area for the assurance of quality system.
∎ Reduce wastage and enhance portfolio and ensure better utilization of resources.
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise & train up employees to achieve goal.
∎ Maintain required MIS report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Must have working experience in quality with large export woven factory.
∎ Should be excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with a charming personality.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to prioritize for deadlines.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
