Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department & Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Follow the quality standard of the company and implement rules for achieving in-house quality of the fabrics.
∎ Determine the operational quality performance of the product as per buyers requirement.
∎ Maintain and improves product quality by Monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and Technical support & Collaborate with other departments of management to develop the product, SOP and training methods.
∎ Periodically inspects completed quality control checklists, forms, and other documents; randomly inspects and verifies quality control checks for conformance to prescribed standards.
∎ Update information on technical operations and cost parameters at every stage of the quality process and conduct audits and monitor quality inspection and report.
∎ Receive and review all customer satisfaction surveys and customer contacts and complaints.
∎ Review complaint trends and product/component failure analysis; review corrective actions with appropriate personnel.
∎ Compile quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports, recommend continuous improvement activities.
∎ Implement quality training programs for key quality & manufacturing personnel and also supply chain partners.
∎ Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management.
∎ Prepare the factory for technical/Quality and product safety Audits and be responsible for handling any kind of Technical audits.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
∎ Deal with the critical operation, quality points, and explain to the Quality team.
∎ Quality inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production, Finishing & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Taking necessary action or inform the authority if any discrepancies happen.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 08-12 years practical experience in the quality assurance department of a reputed knit dyeing & finishing industry.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels, other prevailing international standards, practical experience at factory level audit.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Good liaison with different brands.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of quality systems.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good planning and analytical skills.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
