Educational Requirements:
∎ Should be Graduate in Science / Mathematics or Textile Engineering / Production management from a recognized university or institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience in handling Levi's / Vans / Dickies / Wrangler / Lee Woven bottoms / Shirts would be an added qualification. Consider the items eg. Chinos/5 Pkt Pants/ Padded Jackets.
∎ Should posses thorough knowledge about the Industrial engineering / drafting and setting Line layouts / Production planning, implementing, and control / Operational. Excellence in getting the required productivity by managing and balancing the manpower to the IE bulletins and timings.
∎ Should be technically sound / and knowledgeable about the different quality management systems.
∎ Should believe in quality at the needlepoint. And should be able to drive a team of production Managers / Line Leaders / Supervisors to train operators and lead them to produce quality at needlepoint.
∎ Must be consist of the soft skills such as proper route-cause analysis, setting SOPs, Interdepartmental coordination and corporation, Managing crisis situations and so on.
∎ Should have thorough experience in delivering the key performance indicators such as ontime line feeding, Hitting the set efficiency ladders, monitoring hourly productivity and achieving the desired figures, managing the absenteeism and delivering the results through proper line balancing etc and so on.
∎ Should be knowledgeable about the mechanical side of the machineries.

∎ Age 31 to 40 years
