1. In-depth knowledge of denim washing techniques, chemicals, and dyeing processes.

2. Strong understanding of laboratory testing, shade approval, and garment finishing.

3. Familiarity with sustainable washing technologies and compliance standards will be considered an advantage.

4. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience in handling international Buyers, Quality Audit and bulk production quality control.

• Lead and oversee all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions within denim washing and dyeing operations.

• Establish, Implement and Improve continuously of quality standards, policies, and SOPs.

• Ensure of Product’s specifications, approved standards and shipment quality as per Buyer requirements.

• Coordinate amongst Production, Laboratory and Merchandising teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Handle Buyer Technical Audits and Compliance requirements efficiently.

• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare quality reports, including DHU analysis and defect tracking.

• Minimize of rewash, rejection and alteration through time to time quality control strongly to meet buyer requirements.

• Ensure production targets are achieved without compromising quality and delivery timelines.

• Ensure accurate shade consistency from sample development to bulk production.

• Closely monitor bulk production to identify, control shade variation and quality defects.

• Approve wash standards, shade bands, and pilot runs prior to bulk execution.

• Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections to maintain consistent quality levels.

• Train, supervise, and develop the quality team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
