Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Textile / Industrial/ Production Engineering/MA from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be knowledgeable on Jacket manufacturing planning and will be assigned for 40 lines to do proper planning and smooth shipment.
∎ Marketing plan and central plan and production plan execution ability.
∎ Able to plan Monthly Capacity Allocation, Pre-production activity Schedule, 3P, TNA, Shipment Schedule.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments/teams and obtain required specifications / details timely and reserve plant capacities in order to prepare production plans considering customer required delivery while ensuring maximum utilization of allocated capacity.
∎ Ensure all the planning information is accurately maintaining on ERP system and update, analyze and review the following reports/documents in order to facilitate on time management decision making.
∎ Timely update and maintain authentic production figures and style reconciliation details by coordinating with relevant departments in order to provide accurate information for post order job profitability analysis and production reports.
∎ Schedule/attend relevant meetings with Production and Merchandising to discuss/verify related issues and determine the effective resolutions to prepare and maintain detail plan and make sure plan is secured in advance to ensure undisrupted production flow.
∎ Able to do planning by considering local and international law on working hours and ensure best planning by following our customers requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Jacket production.
∎ Candidate must have capability to handle 40 line Jacket productions.
∎ Preferences will be given to those Candidates who have experience in jacket product of various customers like: VF Asia, C&A, KIABI, H&M, Columbia and others.
∎ Specialty in woven jackets and outer wear production planning.
∎ Must have knowledge on computer applications, ERP and Fast React software-based planning
∎ Should be sincere, hardworking, self-motivated & result oriented
∎ Should possess excellent analytical skills
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Bonus yearly two times, Lunch, Transport and mobile bill will be given as per company rules.
